Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the provider of the App collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information when a user installs or uses the App. The App is a mobile utility intended to help users organize and manage a photo library by reviewing albums, low-quality media, old screenshots, compressible items, export queues, and user-selected private or protected content, depending on the features available in the user's version.

By using the App, the user agrees to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree, the user should stop using the App and may delete it from the device.

1. Information We May Process

Photos and videos selected or authorized by the user. The App may process user-authorized photos, videos, screenshots, screen recordings, and album information to support album organization, low-quality media review, old screenshot detection, optional compression, export, or protected local storage features chosen by the user.

Photo library metadata and analysis signals. When the user grants full or limited photo library permission, the App may process media metadata, thumbnails, file size, creation date, modification date, duration, media type, album membership, screenshot status, screen recording status, favorite status, visual similarity indicators, blur signals, and other local signals needed to find duplicate, similar, large, old, or low-quality items.

Cleanup choices and preferences. The App may process review history, selected filters, ignored suggestions, cleanup confirmation choices, compression settings, and similar preference data to provide the features selected by the user and avoid repeating completed review steps.

Usage, diagnostics, and device information. The App may collect app interaction events, feature usage, crash logs, performance data, device model, operating system version, language, region, approximate network status, and similar technical information to maintain security, improve reliability, measure feature performance, and troubleshoot errors.

Purchase and subscription information. If the user buys a subscription or in-app purchase, payment is handled by the app marketplace. The App may receive non-financial transaction status, entitlement, renewal, expiration, and trial information needed to unlock paid features and provide support.

Advertising identifiers. If advertising, attribution, or personalized measurement is used, the App accesses the device advertising identifier only when the user has provided the required tracking permission. If permission is denied, the App does not use the advertising identifier for tracking.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the App. This includes detecting duplicate or similar media, estimating recoverable storage, helping the user review items before deletion, restoring subscription access, preventing misuse, diagnosing crashes, responding to support requests, complying with legal obligations, and communicating service notices when appropriate.

The App may use information to create review queues, display side-by-side media comparisons, identify low-quality or repeated items, maintain user-selected filters, and help the user manage photo library content with more control.

3. User Permissions and Control

The App requests permissions only when they are needed for a feature. The user may grant full photo library access, limited photo library access, or no access through the operating system, and may change those choices at any time in device settings. Album organization, compression, export, or private-space features may provide limited results if the App can access only selected items.

The App does not delete, compress, move, hide, or export photos or videos without a user action or confirmation flow. The user remains responsible for reviewing suggested items before confirming any cleanup action.

4. Local Processing and Optional Cloud Features

Where reasonably possible, the App processes album organization, compression, private-space, and review-queue signals locally. Local processing means that the information is analyzed on the user's device to provide organization and protection features. Some optional functions may require network communication, such as account services, subscription validation, diagnostics, cloud backup, secure sync, customer support, advertising measurement, or analytics.

If a feature requires uploading user-selected content, the App will use that content only for the purpose of providing the requested feature, maintaining security, and delivering support related to that feature.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the App, such as analytics providers, crash reporting tools, cloud infrastructure providers, subscription validation services, customer support platforms, advertising partners where permitted, fraud prevention services, and legal or compliance advisors.

Service providers are permitted to process information only as needed to provide services to us or to comply with law. Information may also be disclosed if required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of users, the App, or others.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the App, maintain subscription records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve security, and support users. Content processed locally may remain only on the user's device unless the user chooses to upload, export, sync, or share it.

The user may delete content from the device, clear app data where available, revoke permissions, or uninstall the App. Privacy requests, including access, deletion, correction, export, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent where applicable, may be submitted through the contact email below.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 years old or to any lower age where local law requires parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information, the parent or guardian may contact us.

9. User Rights and Choices

Depending on the user's location, the user may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to the processing of personal information. The user may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Requests can be submitted through the contact email below.

The user can control many types of data directly on the device by changing system permissions, using limited photo library access, deleting content, clearing app data where available, or uninstalling the App. Subscription cancellation must be handled through the app marketplace account settings unless otherwise stated by the marketplace.

10. International Transfers

Information may be processed in countries or regions other than where the user lives. When information is transferred internationally, we take steps intended to provide appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the App, on the listing page, or by another reasonable method. Continued use of the App after an update means the user accepts the updated Privacy Policy.
